Qualifications and Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and operate Microsoft Office products.
Experience in security or related fields is preferred (minimum one year), including military, concierge, or relevant educational background.
Job Responsibilities
Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
Enforcement of client and company policies.
Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
Routine foot patrols around the building.
Reporting incidents to management and clients.
Interaction with clients, visitors, safety officials, and the public.
Other duties as assigned.
