– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

– Must possess a valid security officer certificate/license
-Must possess a valid driver’s license
– Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field is preferred
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
– Familiarity with militarized or law enforcement protocols is a plus
– Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
– Ability to operate CCTV systems and other security equipment effectively
– Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
