Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, prevent losses, and respond to emergencies.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively.
Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Skills
Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV equipment.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
