Security Guard Overnight, 9pm-5am Jobs in Boulder, CO at New Wave Security Solutions
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Security is responsible to maintain the general safety of Green Chimneys’ campus, including addressing, resolving and reporting any problems that arise. Additionally, Campus Security provides general support to the Maintenance department and security services to other departments on campus. Campus Security will also work closely and collaboratively with employees of all departments on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
HS diploma or equivalency required
2 year experience in security or a related field preferred
Fulfillment of employment requirements mandatory of Green Chimneys’ personnel (physical exam, Mantoux test, drug and criminal background screenings, documentation of education, references and compliance with New York State Social Service Law).
New York State (or equivalent) driver’s license
Must have the capability of lifting and moving moderate to heavy material up to 50 lbs.
Must have the mobility to perform the essential duties of the position. Must be able to adapt to changing climate conditions
In order to perform the essential duties of the job, the incumbent must be able to speak, hear, see, walk, run, stoop, push, pull, climb and type
Must have the ability to work long hours, in a hectic environment, often under stress
This is a per diem as needed role and is not benefit eligible
Evening and Weekend shifts required
A week-long training is required and the incumbent must be willing and able to attend the full training even as a per diem staff as soon as possible after hire.
Starting Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
You must commit to the below schedule:
Sunday – Off Monday – Off Tuesday – Off Wednesday – 2:30pm to 11:30pm
Thursday – 2:30pm to 11:30pm Friday – 2:30pm to 11:30pm Saturday – 7am to 8pm
