Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive approach to security, directing trucks where to park and actively patrolling the lot and convenience store
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity..
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Requirements
Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
Valid armed security license as required by state regulations.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical fitness sufficient to perform duties effectively, including standing for extended periods.
