Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Interact with Guests and assist with parking.
Shuttling guests between parking lots.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
Skills
Proficiency in loss prevention techniques to minimize theft and damage.
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes calmly and professionally.
Ability to conduct thorough surveillance while remaining discreet and observant.
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
