Requirements/Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
You must be able to physically stand, walk, and patrol the assigned location for the majority of your shift
Previous military, police, or security guard experience preferred but not required
Duties
Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and deter any suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on the property.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security breaches.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports of incidents and observations.
Experience
Engage in conflict management strategies to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Candidates should possess relevant experience or certifications that enhance their ability to perform effectively in this role.
