Job Description:
The Security Officer is responsible for the Security and Safety of all The Brook Employees, Guests, and Assets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handles, counts and verifies gaming chips in multiple denominations.
Ensures the integrity of gambling, count room, and cash handling procedures.
Conducts property inspections and escorts of company assets.
Prepares detailed incident reports.
Pushes and pulls heavy carts during machine drops.
Reports all violations of Gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies and procedures.
Patrols the Casino and adjacent areas for suspicious and illegal activities.
Reports all gaming regulation violations to appropriate departments and agencies.
Ensures all guest and company vehicles are parked properly and in their designated locations.
Watches for and reports any potential safety hazards to the supervisor.
Quickly responds to and handles matters involving demanding guests or employees.
Quickly responds to and contacts local law enforcement, fire department, or other emergency personnel in matters involving medical emergencies.
All other duties as assigned.
