SEEKING: Young talent, who are interested in pursuing a career in the field of Criminal Justice/ Law Enforcement!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: We are starting from $18 – $22 per hour (and up to $25+ per hour for special assignments and tenure). Pay raise opportunities every 3 to 6 months.
We are looking for professional, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy Security Personnel. We have Armed and Unarmed work available. The current position(s) we are seeking is a 35 to 40(+) hour a week position.
We train and certify at no cost to the employee. We conduct firearms and self-defense training quarterly. Colorado P.O.S.T influences all training. The lead trainer will be a formerly trained police officer or Army special operations team member, or combat veteran. We take pride in protecting our community. We are looking for candidates who take pride in their appearance, are professional, and have a passion for protecting people and property. We will work with those currently enrolled in school and help those pursuing a career in Law Enforcement. Military veterans looking forward to the future and transitioning their military experience into the civilian sector will receive preference.
Additional Requirements
Able to pass a drug screening upon request
First Aid certifications are preferred
Reliable Transportation (own a vehicle) & Driver’s License Requirements
NO SMOKING at any time while on shift or just before the shift
Military Veterans will receive preference
Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance at all-times; uniform and appearance are paramount.
Maintain a modern smart-phone with the required app(s) and data reliability.
Be Vigilant at all times and prevent crime, investigate, and report any incidents that could arise.
Communicate with dispatch and admin clearly and concisely. Communication skills are essential!
