Senior Security Account Manager for Locked Psychiatric Facility
Job Summary: USI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Account Manager to oversee security operations for a psychiatric hospital campus. The successful candidate will manage a team of 35 direct reports, ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of security protocols in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare security setting
MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in security management
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (excel, word, etc.)
Proficiency in payroll management and data entry
High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and manage a team of 35 security personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments to address security concerns and ensure compliance with regulations.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing leadership and support to the security team.
Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
Ensure all security personnel are trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
Monitor and manage security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Skill Requirements:
Position requires excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Must have experience in providing detailed incident reports.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
Ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.
Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a fast-pace, dynamic environment.

$33.85 PH
