Job Summary
The Residential Security Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of residential properties. Duties
Conduct searches and drug screens
Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of residents.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing necessary information and support during investigations.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
Ensure all security protocols are followed, including proper use of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
Requirements.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
Ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and law enforcement personnel.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
