Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and the ability to respond effectively to various situations that may arise on-site.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV and other security equipment.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required, maintaining professional relationships with local authorities.
Qualifications
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A military background is a plus but not mandatory.
