Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our company’s property, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and peaceful environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding promptly to potential threats or incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the company’s premises to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe and secure environment. Access Control: Manage the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with established security protocols. Incident Response: Identify, confront, and evict trespassers or violators. Detain perpetrators following legal procedures until law enforcement or relevant authorities take control.
Security Reporting: Document daily activities, report incidents, and provide accurate and timely information to management or security supervisors as required. Emergency Support: Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, and potential security breaches.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong observational and situational awareness skills. Ability to remain
calm under pressure
and respond appropriately to emergencies. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
to interact with employees, visitors, and authorities. Knowledge of legal protocols for detaining perpetrators and managing access control.
Preferred Experience
&
Certifications:
Previous experience as a Security Guard or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of security procedures,
safety protocols
