Security Guard (Unarmed) Jobs in Detroit, MI at I.C.E PROTECTION LLC
I.C.E Protection, LLC is currently hiring for Unarmed Security Personnel needed for our client located in Detroit, MI. (serious candadate only)
Requirements:
· 21 years of age or older
· Must be prompt and on-time for scheduled shift
· Must have reliable transportation, working cell phone and email
· Must have a STRONG security presence –Authoritative impression upon both staff and guests
· Must be able to work nights, weekends, etc.
Expectations:
· Report ALL incidents to your immediate Supervisor by phone, text or email ASAP
· On call during shift to respond to complaints summoned by the front desk and investigate disturbances reported by staff and guests
· Must be prepared to rush to a potentially dangerous scene and calm the guests or control a situation until the local police can arrive.
· The ability to listen to guests and staff as they are explaining disturbances and be able to infer the true nature of the situation during potentially confusing conversation
· Patrolling parking lot, stairways, and patio
· Responsible for escorting guests off property and reporting suspicious people loitering in the parking lot
· Prevents losses and damage; informing violators of policy and procedures.
· Speaking and writing clearly is essential. Communication with guests and upper management needs to be clear to assist with resolving issues
