Security Guard (Weekend Evenings) Jobs in Andover, MA at Madaen Management LLC
Saturday and Sunday: 3:00PM – 11:00PM
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor security cameras and surveillance equipment
Complete two ProxiPen tours per shift, which include:
Monitoring all building alarm and emergency systems.
Regularly checking boiler, electrical, mechanical rooms & emergency generator rooms.
Answer and respond to the 24/7 security emergency patch phone.
Maintain Security Reports and Logs (Shift Reports, Incident Reports, etc.)
Additional Duties:
Professionally and courteously greet clients/visitors
Respond to building emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
Enforcement of Property Policies (trespassers, solicitors, public access, etc.)
Monitor Parking Lots and Sidewalks for safety hazards (debris, slippery conditions, etc.)
Report incidents to immediate supervisor (fire alarms, leaks, power outages, property damage, suite alarms, trespassers, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week

8 hour shift
Evening shift

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Security: 1 year (Preferred)
