We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Security Officer Lead to join our team. As a Security Officer Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility and personnel. The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its personnel
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security and prevent theft and vandalism
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Train and mentor security personnel on proper security protocols and procedures
Maintain positive relationships with law enforcement agencies and other emergency responders

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be able to obtain a Gaming Card.
