Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring their compliance with company policies and procedures. Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic at the distribution center gatehouse, verifying credentials, conducting vehicle searches, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, including incident reports, vehicle logs, and visitor logs.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security measures are in place and report any breaches or concerns to the management. Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents or emergencies promptly and appropriately. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain
effective communication
and coordination of security activities. Provide training and guidance to security personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and
professionalism
.

and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, exercising sound judgment in
challenging
