Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth through the sale of our complete range of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong technical aptitude, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Compensation
Commission-based structure with high earning potential
Opportunity to transition to salary + commission after securing 5 projects

Required Qualifications
Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding targets
Experience with CRM software and sales funnel management
Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels
Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients
Develop and present customized solutions based on client needs
Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure client satisfaction
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
