Salary 55000 – 60000 + Benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Security Manager for a leading pharmaceutical client in Limerick. This full-time, permanent position offers significant career growth within a dynamic industry.
Role Overview:
As Site Security Manager, you’ll lead and manage day-to-day security operations, reporting to both the Security Contract Manager and client stakeholders. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for security-related matters and ensure best practices are maintained across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Security Team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to security standards.
Supervise and foster positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
Oversee security procedures, including compliance with relevant standards (SEC-STD-100, SEC-STD-200).
Mentor and develop an Assistant Supervisor for succession planning.
Manage site security systems, including access control and CCTV, ensuring compliance and upgrades.
Track metrics and manage staffing rosters.
Conduct staff training and deliver presentations.
Assist with security incident investigations, audits, and emergency response team (ERT) processes.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years of security management experience.
Proven track record in customer relations and security operations.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
Results-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
PSA licensed (minimum) and computer literate (ECDL required).
Proficient in interpreting and manipulating data from security-related software such as Access Control and CCTV systems.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
