Responsibilities
Modern TechnologySolutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Security Manager desiring to advance their Industrial Security career as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) in the management of security operations for the MTSI Digital Bloodhound contract under the DoDM 5205.07, Vol 1-4, DoDM 5105.21, Vol 1-3 and 32 CFR, Part 117, Industrial Security program under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Role and Responsibilities:
Processing/maintaining personnel security clearances up to TS/SCI and SAP level
Familiar with SCI/SAP nomination databases
DD254 processing for Prime and Subcontractors
Building access, Facility s (controlled area badge), CACs, to include maintaining accountability, control, and safeguarding
Physical Security and OPSEC planning, training, and execution
DoD and Space Force Facility security at the Unclass, Collateral, and SCIF/SAPF levels
System/Program Security Classification Guides
Producing Government Deliverables, such as an Access Control Inventory Report
Visitor Group Security Agreements with military installations
Security requirements/briefing/de-brief on OCONUS official and personal travel
Training on AT/FP, Program Security, Derivative Classification, and Combatting Trafficking in Persons
Qualifications
Required:
Knowledge and understanding of security principles and government security regulations (i.e., 32 CFR Part 117 “NISPOM”, DoD Manuals 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705)
