Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the security department.
Assign responsibilities and tasks to support department function.
Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and policies/procedures.
Monitor and follows up on customer complaints and investigations.
Manage and coaches staff. Directs, prioritizes and makes daily adjustments to shift assignments and security deployment as necessary.
Assist the Director of Security with developing both operational and capital budgets.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Preferred Credential(s):
BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles.
Law Enforcement.
Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
Security Professional
Security Guard.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency, or Associate’s degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative
experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Preferences
Bachler’s and or Law Enforcement Experience preferred or 5 years of Security Healthcare Leadership.
