What You’ll Do
Lead the delivery of Security Services, including Security/Manned Guarding Services
Manage client relationships, developing strong ties with day-to-day clients and implementing innovative initiatives
Act as the point of escalation and issue resolution for all Security issues on site
Lead, develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to the agreed standards
Ensure a safe, compliant environment for teams and customers by overseeing staff training, conducting safety walks, and managing accident/incident investigations
Actively collaborate with the Campus Team
Handle finance and budgetary management, ensuring forecasts are completed, tracking performance against budget, and managing client billing and supplier/vendor invoicing processes
What You Bring
Proven experience in managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams
Exceptional client relationship management skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a dynamic environment
Experience in managing P&L accounts exceeding €1.5m
Leadership and people management skills with a track record of initiating and leading business change programs
