The Security Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization’s security operations, ensuring the protection of personnel, assets, information, and company property. This role involves strategic planning, risk assessment, and implementation of security policies and procedures to mitigate security risks and threats. The Security Manager will work closely with other departments to foster a culture of safety, security, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.
Experience in developing and implementing security programs, policies, and procedures.
Experience in risk management, emergency response, and crisis management.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA) is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of physical security technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
