Job Description:
Manages security activities to ensure the safety and security of gaming and entertainment guests and team members, as well as the safeguarding of all Casino property.
** Weekends and Holidays Mandatory**
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
Hires, motivates, trains, coaches, mentors, and directs staff to ensure that Team Members receiveleadership, guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.
Responsible for creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
Enforces security procedures and regulations.
Conducts investigations as directed or as is required.
Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
Plans, develops, selects and directs the staffing supervision, training and scheduling of all security personnel.
Implements systems to ensure compliance with federal, state and company rules and regulations.
Identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company, patrons and employees.
Manages security personnel on specific assigned duties and/or special assignments as needed.
Creates an atmosphere that influences guests to make Revo Casino and Social House their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
Assists in developing, implementing and monitoring department standards, guidelines, and objectives and maintains other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of department.
Coordinates closely with surveillance to ensure security of guests, team members and company assets and compliance with civil laws and company policies.
Implements and monitors emergency procedures to ensure prompt andsafe handlingof emergencies including but not limited to fire, flood, or bomb threats.
