SSG Group is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Security Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing security projects, key client accounts, and stakeholder relationships. About the Role
As Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing key projects, and ensuring compliance with Romanian security legislation. You will act as the main representative of SSG Group in front of a strategic client, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service delivery. You will also play a vital role in managing internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Security Project Management – Oversee and manage security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal and operational requirements.
Key Account Management – Act as the main point of contact for a strategic client, ensuring strong communication, trust, and excellent service delivery.
Stakeholder Management – Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, security personnel, and regulatory bodies.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all security operations are fully aligned with Romanian legislation and industry best practices.
Operational Oversight – Supervise and coordinate security teams, ensuring efficiency and high professional standards.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry, covering similar roles in security management.
Strong expertise in security project management, key account management, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent knowledge of Romanian security legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
