Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Security Manager role located in Doha. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security, security management, information security, cybersecurity, and network security on a day-to-day basis.

– Experience:
– 8 + years of experience managing Security operations , ideally with a military or police background.
– Education:
– Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Diploma Degree in security management, risk management, or similar, with industry-specific qualifications evident (SIA training etc.).
– Language:
– Arabic proficiency (Written & Spoken) is a MUST.
– Technical Knowledge:
· Good working knowledge of security services operations, ideally within facility management.
· Good knowledge of security services.
· Familiarity with quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems and regulations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to lead and control a team of security guards and supervisors, including those managing large numbers.

Qualifications

Experience in managing security operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
