About the Role
My Client is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security operations across multiple U.S. data centers. This role focuses on vendor management, risk mitigation, crisis response, and ensuring a safe, secure environment for employees, clients, and partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams, security vendors, and stakeholders to implement best practices and uphold the highest security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee security vendor performance across multiple locations.
Develop and maintain security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
Monitor incidents, emerging risks, and ensure timely resolution of security concerns.
Lead investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage security budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
Provide security training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Support technology-driven security solutions, including access control and surveillance systems.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in site/campus security management.
Strong knowledge of physical security strategies, emergency protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing security vendors, budgets, and contracts.
Ability to lead investigations and analyze risk assessments.
Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, access control, incident management systems).
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with teams and clients.
