Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001, SOX, and SOC2 requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and address security risks.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits related to security compliance.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the security controls and compliance programs.
Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Key Skills and
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOX, and SOC2 frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience with
risk assessment
methodologies and security controls.
Ability to work collaboratively with
diverse
teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred
