GENERAL PURPOSE:
This is a Night Shift Security Manager position, providing direction and operational ability for the designated shifts within the account. Regularly visits with clients to ensure adequate Supervisory and Officer staffing and compliance with all client requirements. Must be available to attend any event meetings as arranged by client(s). Responsible for on-site training of new hires as well as performing on-going training to existing staff. The Security Manager must be prepared to act as the Project Manager as needed in their absence. Responsible for orientation and training of Security Officers and other personnel.
Develop site training aids and manuals to document process or operations and provided services Handles all on-site and final in person interviews, submits to Project Manager for approval.
Schedules all required positions needed for all client request. Ask for assistance for business manager when applicable if additional support is needed
Submits billing and payroll for next day processing
Will be an effective member of and lead project teams.
Acts as readily available resource to client(s) Security Staff and Security Supervisors in the area of operations.
Meets regularly with client(s) to proactively address security, emergency and safety matters.
Submits equipment and supply written requests to Project Manager 45 days prior to needed equipment.
Responds in a timely manner to all email and verbal communications. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
Support other departments or offsite locations as assigned by the Project Manager.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
In accordance with applicable Andy Frain Services policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
Knowledge:
High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred or equivalent
Two years of progressively responsible security experience including supervision (or equivalent experience) required; five years preferred.
One year of supervisory experience
Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, workplace health and safety
Evidence of ability to work autonomously using sound judgment reflecting strong customer service
Ability to obtain FEMA Certification in 100b, 200b, 700a, 800b, 901 and also IAVM Training Crowd
Skills/Abilities:

Work early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays as needed
Be available on call to respond to emergency situations at all times
Traverse stairwells, elevators, and drive ramps in all lighting and weather conditions
Lift and carry boxes/supplies weighing up to 20-pounds
Pull and/or push handcarts with boxes/supplies weighing up to 100-pounds
