This position acts as the initial point of contact for the clients, tenants and visitors by providing information, controlling and monitoring access and reporting and documenting incidents.

Essential Functions:

Provides information to clients and the public, conducts crowd control and summons security when needed.
Reports safety hazards and/or violations.
Monitors surveillance and controls access to properties.
Notifies security of alarms and documents incidents at assigned property.
Ensures all paperwork at assigned post is completed correctly and on time.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic user of MS Office.
Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/or other screenings when necessary.
Reasonable accommodations may be granted where appropriate.
