We are currently seeking a dedicated and security-conscious Contractor Escort to oversee and accompany construction and maintenance contractors within our high-security manufacturing facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all contractors adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols while on-site. This position requires vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce company safety and security policies effectively. This is a 40 hr work week position that will requires the ability to work flexible hours.

Primary Responsibilities:
Escort and monitor construction and maintenance personnel in restricted and security areas.
Ensure contractors comply with all security, safety, and company policies, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and facility-specific protocols.
Maintain constant awareness of contractor activities to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
Conduct pre- and post-entry security checks to ensure compliance with requirements.
Report any security violations, unsafe conditions, or deviations from protocol to and facility management.
Coordinate with project managers, safety officers, and security teams to facilitate smooth contractor operations.
Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and medical incidents.
Ensure contractors use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations.
Document contractor activities and progress, incidents, and any security concerns in detailed reports.

Job Qualifications:
Two years of experience in a manufacturing setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing production, facilities maintenance, or construction oversight
Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Ability to obtain and maintain required safety and security training.
Knowledge of safety and security procedures, including OSHA and ITAR regulations.
Excellent communication and observational skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including navigating construction and industrial environments.
Proficient using Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Must be willing to work outdoors conducting physical inventory of equipment and spares
Must be able to climb a ladder
