Available Shifts:
Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Part-time
The selected candidate will perform various security duties, including:
Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
Enforcement of policies and procedures
Observation and reporting of hazards
Routine foot patrols
Reporting incidents to management and clients
Interaction with clients, visitors, and the public
Other duties as assigned
This role may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, lifting, and sitting at a computer.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 21 years old
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask and use Microsoft Office
Operate and maintain security programs
At least one year of verifiable work experience or military/concurrent experience or related degree
Ability to obtain Maryland Security Guard card
