Job Skills
/ Requirements
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Effective writing andcommunication skillswith the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
Valid CA guard card/license.
Great customer service andcommunication skills.
Must be able to walk or stand 7 hours out of an 8 hour shift.
Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
Ability to communicate via radio or Zello.
Ability to learn military/police codes and phonetics.
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
Must be able to converse with authority andcompassion.
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, and heat.
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
