We are seeking experienced Armed Security Officers to join our team as Flex Officers in the Boca Raton area. This role involves maintaining armed security posts at various houses of worship, ensuring the safety and protection of congregants and property. Candidates must be reliable, vigilant, and capable of responding effectively to security needs in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain an armed security presence at assigned houses of worship.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises for suspicious activity.
Respond to emergencies and enforce safety protocols.
Provide a professional and courteous presence while ensuring a secure environment.
Requirements:
Valid D and G Florida Security Licenses (required).
Prior military or law enforcement experience (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Pay & Benefits:
$21 per hour for experienced officers.
