Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises,personal, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, as well as the ability to respondeffectively in emergency situations.The Armed Security Officer will apply their training, knowledge, and experience to ensure the safety and security of clients and enforcing site-specific policies,executing security procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also respond appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Duties
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Skills
Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Background in or military service is a plus.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 – $3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
12 hour shift
4 hour shift
Weekends as needed
Weekends only
