Responsibilities:
Patrol designated areas to deter, detect, and report suspicious activity.
Monitor access points and control entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Conduct security checks and screenings as required by site procedures.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergencies and medical situations.
Write clear and concise incident reports and maintain detailed logs of daily activities.
Enforce site rules, regulations, and policies to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong observation and surveillance skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
