Scheduled Hours: Thursday 11:00 P.M. – 5:00 A.M. and Friday to Sunday 9:00 P.M. – 5:00 A.M.
Must have D and G Licenses.

All employees will be eligible for a retention bonus of up to 5% on the anniversary of the hiring date.

Provide a variety of Security Services to homes and private properties with a security presence, which may include conducting a vehicle to perform patrols, investigations, and/or incident response services.
Provide security to the clients. Render support/assistance by responding to tenant’s inquiries and direct as required.
Efficiently manage and control: accidents (personal and vehicle), illness, death, disputes, fights, lost children, fire, theft, robbery, riots, intoxications, counterfeit money, exclusion of authorized personnel, and behavior while assigned to client’s property.
Observe floors and stairways, breezeways ensuring that they are clear of debris, obstructions, and fire hazards and that access doors to sensitive/priority areas are locked. Be alert to deficiencies in the physical building which could cause injury or loss of client’s assets.
Control traffic flow and issue Parking Infractions. Review for abandoned vehicles and ensure they are removed from the property. Secure Fire routes are not blocked.
Enforce Properties rules, ordinances, etc.
Support Police and/or Medical Staff when required.
Provide excellent Customer Service to Residents, Customers, Contractors, and/or Visitors of the property.
Observe and secure perimeter areas to guarantee that individuals use the precise means of entrance.
Observe and protect properties to prevent unauthorized removal of client’s and or resident’s property.
Conduct routine property patrols and respond to Fire Alarms.
Execute any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Follow up with daily documentation and incident reports as needed.
Verify for hazardous conditions, risks, security infractions, and unauthorized persons; inspects buildings, grounds, and security devices; monitor and sets security devices.
Protects evidence or scene of the incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations and sets up barricades to implement direction or information to others.
Provides records or reports as needed for patrol route; writes and/or types reports.
Inspect and records incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, supervisors, or company management.
