As a Security Officer at Thunder Protective Services LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This position is essential to our mission of delivering top-notch protective services while maintaining a secure environment for our community. We are hiring for multiple shifts and locations. Shift could range from 5hr shift to 12hr shifts. Locations range from North Myrtle to Murrells Inlet.
No Experience Needed! We have SLED Instructors on staff to provide proper training.
Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular checks on CCTV systems.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Manage conflict situations effectively to ensure the safety of clients and the public.
Provide first aid and CPR as necessary during emergencies.
Assist with loss prevention strategies to protect client assets.
Conduct thorough investigations into incidents as required, documenting findings accurately.
Maintain clear communication with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred, but not required.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
Strong skills in conflict management and crisis intervention.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is essential.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is highly desirable.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to pass a DRUG TEST mandatory
Ability to pass a BACKGROUND CHECK mandatory.
