Large condominium complex seeking part time employees for second and third Security shifts. Part time hours with opportunity for more when available.

Responsibilities
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Monitor and authorize access control of vehicles or persons onto the property
Enforcement of complex rules and regulations
Making sure entrances, exits and stairwells are secure
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
Provide assistance to Owners and Guests of the property as needed
Submit daily logs and reports of surveillance activity and important occurrences
Skills
Security experience preferred
Class D Unarmed Security License preferred but not required
Familiarity with daily log and report writing
Excellent surveillance, observation skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems, use of computers and typing
First Aid/CPR training a plus
Professional appearance and mannerisms when dealing with the public
High School diploma is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour
