The Security Supervisor at Hilton City Center plays a pivotal role in ensuring a secure and safe environment for guests, associates, and property. Under the guidance of the Director of Security & Transportation, this position requires exemplary leadership accountability, effective communication, unwavering dependability, a strong customer service orientation, and the highest standards of professionalism.
What will you be doing?
Support and supervise 3rd Shift Security team.
Conduct investigations and document all incidents with accuracy.
Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
Monitor surveillance systems and conduct patrols of the premise.
All other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, public safety, or a related field preferred.
Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11:00PM-07:30PM).
Proficiency in English reading and writing.
Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
Must be dependable and committed to customer service excellence.
