Scope:
The Security Guard is responsible for protecting company assets and providing a safe environment for all Team Members and guests.
Job Duties:
Champion our code of conduct and always adhere to professionalism
Provides directions within our facility and escorts to guests in need
Aids civil and law enforcement authorities as required
Regularly provides escorts of assets and persons in asset handling positions
Patrols all sections of the property to identify safety hazards and breaks in our security standards
Documents all applicable incidences in accordance with company policy
Records all lost and found items with detailed descriptions of people and incidents
Meets the attendance guidelines of the department and adheres to departmental and company policies, remaining in compliance with all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting ad positive working relationships with co-workers and guests
Ability to keep a friendly and calm demeanor in high-stress situations and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or as a part of a team
Attends all required meetings and training courses mandated by the company
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License and Badge
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
