Responsibilities:
YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE YOUR OWN FIREARM / FPS DOES NOT SUPPLY FIREARMS
Be available to work any site location.
Provide armed security services to protect the premises, assets, and personnel.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Enforce access control procedures.
Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activity and provide a sense of security to employees and visitors.
Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents that occur on the premises.
Write detailed reports documenting all security-related activities and incidents.
Requirements:
Must have a valid armed security officer license/certificate.
Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Note: This position may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays based on the needs of the organization.
