Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization, particularly in areas related to Occupational Health. This position requires strong communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various tasks, including dispatching surveillance exam reminders, updating reports, and direct communications with Environmental Health & Safety.
Responsibilities
Manage (initiate and follow through) on all medical surveillance testing
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety as needed.
Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role or relevant occupational health field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), Smartsheet and adaptable to learning other electronic software systems
Proven experience with Electronic Medical Record systems and other surveillance technologies perferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
