Are you a licensed Armed Security Guard ready to bring your expertise to some of the most vibrant and high-energy nightclubs in Dallas? Quell Protection is seeking experienced and professional guards with 2+ years of experienceto join our team. We provide elite security solutions to ensure a safe and enjoyable nightlife experience for patrons, staff, and venues.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible, armed security presence to deter potential threats.
Conduct thorough access control, including ID checks and pat-downs.
Manage lines and crowd flow, ensuring compliance with venue policies.
Intervene in disputes or incidents using de-escalation techniques.
Secure restricted areas and monitor for unauthorized access.
Coordinate with venue management and staff to ensure seamless operations.
Respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies or potential threats.
Schedule & Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
8:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Shifts may vary depending on event schedules. Some nights may extend beyond 2:00 AM, while others may start earlier or later. Flexibility is key.
