Location: Holy Cross Health has two hospitals and four healthcare centers all a short driving distance from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD

Full – Time – 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday)

Department: Protective Services
Provide secretarial services and administrative support for the Security Department as well as providing direct support to the Director of Security and the Security Manager on day-to-day operations of the Security Department.
Reports directly to the Security Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering new employee info and taking photo for ID badges
Create Employee ID badges by using CCURE 9000 system
Will manage employee vehicle registration program, issues vehicle decals, and records information
Responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments
Will do data Entry for Security Access Codes
Record Incident Reports; Prepare Quarterly/End of Year Reports
Type office memos, letters, policies, and charts.

What you will need:
Required:
High School Graduate with at least 2 years of College preferred and completed courses in business and secretarial skills.
Must submit to fingerprinting, FBI and State criminal history checks and or/ background investigations
Effective writing and communication skills.
Need to know Microsoft 365, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be able to operate telephone, two-way radio, and CCTV equipment.
Must be able to work independently, a self-starter and work with minimum amount of supervision.
Must be customer service driven, establish harmonious relationships with other hospital departments, physicians and outside agencies.
Preferred:
Have prior experience with hospital procedures and regulations preferred.
Pay Range: $19.72 – $27.61
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
