Immediate availability for OVERNIGHT SHIFT ONLY 11:59pm-8:00am
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
-Maintain supervision of your area i.e. no use of private phones while on shift
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Perform routine inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or damage
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
Requirements:
-Will show up for training, and selected shifts -will wear the appropriate uniform i.e. black pants, white shirt, tie & blazer/sweater
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid security license/certificate-SORA is mandatory; Casino License is preferred
– Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred
– Familiarity with first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
– Strong observation skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
– Understanding of loss prevention techniques and procedures
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Cannot have previously worked for Evolution
