Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Monitors and analyzes security activities from Security Operations Center (SOC).
What is the work? (other duties may be assigned)
Security:
Monitors by video, all entry and exit points for pedestrian and vehicle traffic on proprieties and facilities owned and operated by H-E-B
Manages the Security Operations Center for assigned site, utilizing video management and access control systems
Prioritizes workload based on urgency; delegates tasks
Responsible for the intake and coordination of serious incident reports
Performs routine duties with little or no supervision
Communications:
Communicates with a range of audiences
Responsible for conducting security site surveys
Responsible for completing security reports
Communicates incidents with a sense of urgency, and in a timely manner
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of higher education preferred
3-5 years of experience in security
Previous CCTV monitoring experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Must have a neat, professional appearance
Sit for an extended period of time
Hand / finger dexterity
Lift 20 lbs or more on an occasional basis
Work extended hours; must be available to work all shifts
Work rotating schedules – we have day, mid, and overnight shifts. Candidates must be available to work all shifts on a rotating basis.
Use arms / hands in repetitive motion during the day
