Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Security Officer role located in Birmingham at Hadley Group. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, monitoring surveillance cameras, conducting regular patrols, and responding to security alarms or incidents. The Security Officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports related to security activities.
X3 Night shift (Mon Tues Wed)
X2 Day Shift (Saturday Sunday)
Qualifications
Experience in security monitoring, surveillance, and patrolling
Strong attention to detail and alertness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Security certification or training is a plus
Full UK driving licence
