The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property, staff, and guests. This role is critical in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment while upholding the highest standards of vigilance and professionalism.
Requirements
Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances promptly and professionally.
Monitor access points and enforce security procedures to prevent unauthorised entry.
Report and document any incidents or suspicious activities.
Provide a friendly yet professional security presence for guests and staff.
Inspect and maintain security equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
Follow safety protocols and assist with evacuations or first aid when required.
Responsibilities
Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or customer-focused setting.
Strong knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail in monitoring and reporting incidents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position is required.
Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
