Job DescriptionResponsible for providing superior service to our guests while protecting customers, employees, and all company assets.
Assist in transporting assets, money, chips, tokens and markers.
Control access to restricted areas.
Check for and report safety hazards, react to guest and employee incidents and accidents.
Monitor guest and employee passage in and out of casino according to company policy and state laws.
Interview patrons or employees when responding to and administering emergency treatment. Administer basic first aid treatment, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Maintain certifications in these areas.(EROs only)
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Enter data into computer to maintain records.
Answer guest’s questions regarding special events and promotions and display courtesy with both internal and external guests.
Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
